CREC Academy of Computer Science & Engineering is committed to integrating coding into the curriculum while developing the characteristics of our students as innovators, problem-solvers, and critical thinkers. As students delve into coding and design, they will enhance skills to be applied to website, application, and game development. Incoming 9th grade students from our direct pathway, CREC Academy of Computer Science and Engineering Middle School, have guaranteed admission after making CREC Academy of Computer Science and Engineering High your number one choice.

Students will engage in engineering practices like computational thinking and designing solutions to become producers and problem solvers in the field of computing technology. Students also gain exposure to a wealth of opportunities and careers in the computer science and engineering industry.


Direct Pathway

Academy of Computer Science and Engineering Middle 8th grade studentshave a direct pathway option to attend 9th grade at Academy of Computer Science and Engineering High School. To be considered for this direct pathway placement, you must submit an on-time 2022-23 RSCO online application with Academy of Computer Science and Engineering High School as your first choice.
